"Room Ok but the steak for dinner was terrible."

There was no cooked breakfast available, had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Dinner at the steak house was terrible, the steak was so tough that I couldn't eat it.

Very friendly staff & although it is on a main road it is quiet.

It is far too small for two people & nowhere to sit only on the bed. The price indicates that there would be standard facilities.
