Customer service was great. Front desk agent Jessica is very helpful. I will come back nice hotel close to the airport and shopping, restaurants.

Reception totally bare. All advertised photos are a joke. No facilities. No food available. TV did not work and no one cared. No towels. Room had nothing really but the beds and limited furnishings. Dogs on premises. Area off the patio was dirty with food scraps. Staff did not show any interest. Horrible experience

Location- very close to Nadi airport. Also great cost value as was inexpensive. However was clean, spacious and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Disadvantages were it is dated and doesn’t have restaurant, in room wi-fi ( in lobby) or hair dryer.
