The gentleman at reception was exceptional, we had travelled from sunshine coast for a funeral, we had a big day, he upgraded our room which was so nice of him to do that and it helped my dad out as he is elderly and has very bad knees so having the bottom floor really was a blessing Thank you and if and when we are in Lismore again we will certainly be staying here
