Ross and the staff were very welcoming. sorted me out with a good room and was happy to have a chat about the local intel

Sliding door between the bathroom and bedroom wouldn't close. travelling alone on this occasion so no issue for me. easy fix for the maintenance team

Location was suitable which made it easy to get around town. There was no parking available by the time we arrived, but a lot of street parking outside.

The floors were very creaky, we could hear people walking down the corridors at night.
