Staff, service and the ambience

Convenient store, affordable price range, good food quality at the restaurant, able to grab food into the resort, Netflix/YouTube/Disney+ available on the TV, nice and huge place to spend days chilling in.

- No constant hot water in the shower, been using cold water. Staff went to check but no updates. - The vanity shelf at the washroom is slanted and was unable to hold anything, I tried and my thing fell and broke - poorly maintained alongside some other public facilities in the resort. - The wait for water sports can be really long. - Lights at the villa are extremely dim. - Service meets expectations but not impressionable, can be better and staff can be more proactive and helpful.

As a returning guest, I have experience the potential of the hotel. This time, we stayed at another room and the quality was distinct. Perhaps, we should request for the same room next time.

Both rooms had different water pressure and hot water. This inconsistency makes basic needs like washing up very tedious. Also, the towel rack in the toilet seems to be prone to falling anytime. Please get it maintained to avoid miscommunication for other guests.

The staff were responsive, polite and service was excellent. The ambience at the bar sitting area was great. The restaurant was very clean and a great facility.

The room (single overlooking the sea) was small. There was no provision to hang clothes save was one bar with hooks above the coffee counter. They should provide more more hooks. A little cabinet could be built over the bed side table for clothes. There was no provision for bags. Bathroom was small but adequate and the shower was excellent. The surroundings especially the stairs had all cracked and in a bad state of disrepair. It was extremely dangerous more so for an elderly person, manoeuvring the stairs. Rather than a long flight the management should consider shorter flights with a landing every 10 steps or so. The showers for the pool require changing rooms.

南国の情緒を静かに楽しむことができました。スタッフたちのサービス精神も総じて良く、ヴィラも味が出てて快適でした。

ヴィラ内のアメニティをもっと充実できたらいいなとは思った。あとバスタブがあったらヴィラ特有の贅沢感をもっと味わえたかもしれません。
