The pool, foods and the personnels at the restaurants.

Very hot in the room. We went to the reception to complain about it and to change our room but they told us the ac is centralized and is only working from 3:30pm because of the chambermaids cleaning the rooms and leaving the doors open. Even so after 3:30pm the air coming out from the ac is not cold enough so we couldn't sleep very well at night. It was our third time to this hotel but the ac before was always working even in the morning so I don't know why it is like this now.

Super nettes Personal. Besonders Luján im Restaurant. Sehr nette Kinderanimation. Sehr leckeres und vielfältiges Essen. Tolle und gepflegte Außenanlage. Einfacher und kurzer Laufweg zum Strand und zum Bushaltestelle zum Transferbus zum Flughafen.

Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht zuverlässig funktioniert. Keine Möglichkeit im Bad Handtücher aufzuhängen Wünschenswert wäre eine Aufhängemöglichkeit auf dem Balkon (z.B. Wäscheständer). Beim gebuchten Kühlschrank wären Einlegeböden sinnvoll
