la atención y la paciencia de las recepcionista, cuando los clientes se iban a quejar.

que tenían una avería de agua, y no nos podemos duchar. Nos hicieron ir a duchar en las duchas de la piscina. Y esta avería se ve que por lo menos hacia un mes que la tenían. Y pregunto si sabían que tienen esa avería, porque cogen reservas? Y cuando preguntabas por un encargado o responsable no supo salir nadie.

La piscina, sobretodo para niños está muy bien.

El buffet es muy justo, no hay variedad de cosas. El personal de limpieza es muy justo, muchas veces pasan a limpiar a la hora de la siesta.

Nada porque no pude disfrutar nada

No volveria jamas porque desde elndia de entrada hasta la salida no teniamos agua en la habitacion con lo cual no pude ni ir a piscina ni playa ni siquiera al.servicio habia que bajar a recepcion algo nefasto que lógicamente e reclamado mi reembolso integro la.comida penosa 4 cosas para elegir y mal cocinadas sin duda alguna para no volver jamas

el hotel esta para hacerle una buena reparacion,la limpieza de vajillas es muy mala, la planta en la que estabamos tiene problemas de suministro de agua y no te podias ni ducharte ni hacer tus necesidades.
