When the heatin is on it’s too hot

I didn’t like anything

First it start by rolling my ankle in a big hole in the car park, then when I actually got into the hotel there was nobody at the reception, and you had to check yourself in which is extremely annoying. I had to call a number for a code to a lock box and once I had my key I had to go find my room nobody told me where it would be so I walked around the whole hotel to find out it was in a annex building. Once in the room it wasn’t very clean with cobwebs all over and bits all over the carpet, there was no shower gel in either bottle and the bed had a draw missing from the bottom, I get they are a hybrid hotel but attention to the cleaning is none existent, think they should spend the time there so people don’t have to experience this self check in basically they are a air bnb not a hotel

Nice shower. Comfortable bed.

No lock on door. Furniture bit run down.

Very clean rooms

No reception. Self service only hotel

Was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy was a nice stay

The fact there weren't no staff at the hotel and you.had to get your own key out if a little box on wall
