"Service gut"

Service super hatte bei der Reservierung nicht berücksichtigt das es ein Mehrbettzimmer war. Kurz gefragt und es wurde ein besseres Zimmer gegeben wo ich allein war.

I made a reservation through expedia. I called the hostel to say O would be a late check-in. I was told no that would be impossible. It is ‘freirabend’ happy hour. So he would not let me in the hostel. Said No and hung up. I had to find another hotel. So i refuse or decline any charges. It was a pay the when you arrive. But i refuse sny fees. Due to poor service.
