Bel hôtel avec superbe piscine , chambre agréable avec un balcon vue mer , personnel au petit soin , petit déjeuner aussi bien salé que sucré avec produits locaux

franchement juste qu il n y avait pas de restaurant en ce moment cause problème de personnel mais l hôtel vous propose des restaurants autour en fonction de ce que vous voulez manger ...

Très bon accueil par tout le personnel , toujours aux petits soins. La dame qui vous apporte votre café sur la terrasse, est un vrai rayon de soleil. Le "patron" des lieux qui Grand Plus , parle francais, vous donne plein de conseils et ses pâtisseries sont extraordinaires . Le lieu est magnifique et la vue superbe.

Rien... sinon que l on aurait aimé rester une journée de plus !!

Personnel très à l'écoute, souriant et très efficace. Un petit déjeuner que l'on découvre chaque jour avec de nouveaux et très bons produits... L'hotel est très bien situé..

Breakfast is great. And the view is amazing.

Feels more like a B&B than a resort. No staff at the property at night. Poor communication, gate didn’t open when we returned after a night out and couldn’t reach anyone.

Location molto confortevole e pulita. Facile da raggiungere in auto e in posizione strategica per poter raggiungere e visitare le bellezze della Valle d'Itria. Personale molto gentile e professionale.

The perfect hotel in the middle of Puglia. The staff are amazing, very welcoming & friendly. The accommodation was perfect. The views from the pool spectacular.

The view was excellent, the hotel was super clean and the staff were very friendly and kind! Tasty, home-cooked breakfast with local products and a nice variety of options. Overall, a very good stay!

Insulation between the lower rooms and those on the first floor could have been better, as each morning we were woken up by either cleaning or guest noises coming from upstairs. Value for money could also be improved - we expected more facilities based on the rate we paid for each night

The staff was very good and the facilities were very welcoming. When we weren’t ready in time for breakfast because we attended a wedding, the staff prepared something for us that we ate at a later time. Very appreciated !

The only negative at this hotel was the air conditioning in our room was not powerful enough for the very hot weather. Otherwise wonderful stay!
