A vantagem do hotel e sua localização da praia do futuro

O hotel fica numa área perigosa, de facções criminosas terrenos abandonados impossibilitando de sair a pé a noite prédios abandonados sem movimentações ao redor, hotel precisa de reformas, café da manhã muito fraco e sem muita opcoes
