The staffs are friendly.

There is no AC in the room, and it was extremely hot, and couldn’t sleep

A basic old fashioned hotel with a very small room.

Very easy check-in, lovely staff members and a nice clean room. We booked a double/twin room, and a few days before we travelled, we asked for a twin room. They initially confirmed they had booked a double room for us, but changed it to a twin room when we asked, which made the trip very comfortable for us. I found out later that this was something I could've specified myself on the booking, but they were still kind enough to change it for us. We were able to use the bag store on our last day after checkout, which made things much easier for us. Staff were always friendly and attentive and made it a very nice trip. The hotel is well located for public transport, nice restaurants for dinner (De Kade, Spaghattata, Casa Thai) and breakfast (Jordy's Bakery). It's also only a 15-minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal, and 20 minutes walk to the Cube Houses, the Euromast, and other landmarks. Great place to stay!
