"Good value for money but bad location if you don’t have a car"

The room is big and was good value for money

The location is very inconvenient. It is 35mins walking distance to the bus stop and about 15-20mins to the port. The public transport system is very bad in Tivat and the taxi often trying to scam tourists for money. The host initially offered discounted transport then told me the car is not available during my stay. During my stay for 3 nights, my room was never cleaned and didn’t have fresh towels changed either. The host also doesn’t speak a single word of English and we had to use google translate for all communications. I am genuinely surprised that this accommodation has such high ratings.

Great location, right next to Porto Montenegro. There is a washing machine and kitchen in your room, which is very convenient.

It might have been just our room, but sound insulation could be better. It’s not awful, but can be an inconvenience during the rains or something like that.
