שירות מעולה - מיונג והצוות מאוד שירותיים. המליץ והזמין עבורנו את כל המסעדות לארוחות הערב לכל השבוע, היה גמיש לשינויים שביקשנו. המיקום של המלון 5 דקות הליכה מהגונדולה הראשית מצוין. ניקו וסידרו את החדר כל יום, ארוחת בוקר נחמדה ומספקת.

תשלום נוסף על ספא כל יום, תשלום נוסף על חניה תת קרקעית. וויי פיי לא עבד טוב.

Location great and staff all very friendly. Wellness area was clean, spacious and modern. Rooms fairly basic but comfortable.

Breakfast needs work - concentrate fruit juices is just plain BAD. Egg boiler not hot enough and selection of hot cooked options poor. The shower door design in the room looks impressive but in practice is pretty useless. Toilet, bidet AND toilet hose seems pretty overkill to me?
