Un peu bruyant mais lorsque les fenêtres sont closes, c’est absolument supportable

The host is very obliging and helpful and will store luggage before and after your stay. She also helped with an early check-in. We speak a little Italian which was helpful. Access to the apartment is quirky, with a security door and then a private lift to the accommodation floor. Air conditioning was good. Breakfast was included via a voucher at a cafe near the apartment entrance. It was usually crowded and there were few tables but the cafe owner was pleasant and spoke English. Rooms have been modified to ensure a comfortable, if not glamorous, stay. Our room had an interesting old ceiling.

The accommodation is in a somewhat rundown area of the city if arriving from the nearby bus stop. Don't be put off, however, as after we got our bearings we found it was easy walking distance to the fish markets and from there the Cathedral square and the main city street.

Magnificent apartment in the very central location, walking distance to everything, easy parking, short and easy drive to airport, which was very convenient for our very early morning flight. No pictures or words can describe the beauty of the place, original paintings, elevator... you have to stay in Antica Dimora Caruso to see it and to experience the old times glamor , it's breathtaking. Very good breakfast included. Highly recommend this apartment. Mrs Pinella, thank you very much, we will be back!

Pinella was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. The location was central and in the heart of the city. Thank you for a lovely stay. We look forward to returning.

When we found the address it didn't look promising. But as soon as we entered the accomodation it improved. To the left was a lift and wait until you see it! The main lounge area was absolutely beautiful and so were the ceilings of our rooms.Host was delightful and arranged a taxi for us the next day to the airport .Lovely bakery next door.Plenty of restaurants near the fish market and close by to choose from.

The noise inside and out.Shower was a tight fit. Catania....
