La ubicacion y las camas muy comodas

Mucho olor a tuberias en toda la habitacion, suelos de parquet muy desgastados e incluso rotos, zocalos desconchados, mesa oxidada, etc. No es un mal apartamento, pero si que necesita un pequeño mantenimiento.
