Euro Hotel Harrow

Very friendly on arrival, explained that the room wasn't ready and wouldn't be an hour, that was no problem as we headed straight out and returned later. The owner also allowed us to leave our car there whilst we went to Wembley!

On our return on day of check-in, we struggled to gain access, had to bang on door for several minutes until a bleary eyed owner opened the door and told us we should have rung the doorbell, which we had been doing, and ringing the phone number with no response. The room was very basic, a kettle but no cups and just a very old teabag and coffee sachet. Although the beds were comfortable, the room was nowhere near value for money. Overall we were disappointed.

It was no where near clean.. the walls, the bath, the sink, the tables, the bed. Everything was dirty

There was no breakfast.

The sight was rubbish. I selected bed and breakfast but it turned out that they did not serve breakfast. There was some rubbish in the bedroom. The wash basin was blocked. It looked like the previous occupant had been a smoker.

Absolutely nothing.

It was disgusting. Dirty, cigarette smell everywhere, dusty... Very bad.

No TV services no cups/glasses in room no basic stuff like tea/coffeee/milk no free wifi
