The Laurels Bed and Breakfast

Comfy bed and a bath.

Most of all it was very strange that they wouldn't allow us to access the property between 10am and 5pm so we had to be out all day whether we wanted to be or not. Annoying and weird. The rooms are comfy however by a busy road so quite noisy. Breakfast was a bit measly, and found black hair which looked like cat hair in it 2 days in a row. The owners attitude didn't feel welcoming or accomodating, and for what it is, it was extremely expensive.

Location is lovely, Next to St Fagans gardens/house, lovely pub with good food within 500meters. 10mins by bus into Cardiff

The B&B was in a quaint little village outside of Cardiff. The the village it's self had a lot to offer with the Wales Museum near by. The B&B was in a picturesque setting with courtyard and flower garden as you entered. The bedroom was upstairs in a pretty blue room with a print blue rose spread an ensuite. The bed was very comfortable and Julie made an excellent English breakfast for us. We wishes we had booked another night.

Just sorry we had not found it earlier and booked an additional night.

It's a lovely house, and our hostess was very helpful. Our room was excellent and comfortable.

The room overlooks a street, and the traffic noise was a bother at night.

Lovely B&B in a quaint village but still close to Cardiff and the M4. A lovely property with attentive, but not intrusive host.

Julie is a charming hostess. The location of the property was excellent. Room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bathroom had everything we needed and the breakfast kept us going until dinner time. And there's a lovely pub just round the corner and the National Museum od Wales just down the hill
