Went to complain about the room. Richard wasn’t best pleased. Wasn’t happy that we complained ! Said we have been in since 1 pm but we didn’t get there till after 3 pm . Room wasn’t that clean found hairs in the bed ! . Room had a funny smell about it, bedding needs to be updated looked tatty, room needs to be updated fresh lick of paint ! First room the window wasn’t very good didn’t close ,second window needed a good deep clean. Heating doesn’t come on only if the owners would knock it on and he did not want to . Booked for 4 nights only stayed for 2 nights !

Great location, Richard was very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, would definitely stay again.

We would have preferred a room with room around both sides of the bed and not the one side of the bed against the wall.

Everything was good

What a wonderful little hotel in the heart of Blackpool. Not too far away from the centre, but far enough away to have some quiet. It was an ideal place to spend my 60th birthday. Enjoyed it so much that I have already booked to stay there again!

That we did not stay there longer (but will be back there again soon).

The hotel was very clean throughout. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The cost was very reasonable.

No hair dryer or hand soap in the rooms, however, I suppose this was reflected in the price.

Lovely room very homely, and very clean, with everything we needed. The hosts are very friendly and helpful on local,nothing too much trouble. The location was very central with on street parking always a bonus. Will definitely return. Many thanks :))

Nothing everything perfect

Lovely rooms, lovely owners. 6 of us stayed there the rooms are very clean and a good size. The owners are lovely, chatty, and very helpful. I would say the pictures don't do it justice. We stay in Blackpool probably 5 times a year, and this bnb is spot on. There isn't a weird bnb smell (which you tend to get in most), which is ace!!!!
