Stavros and Natalia @ the front desk were amazingly helpful and kind. George at the bar makes a good drink and is very nice. Hotel was clean and well kept. Beach area is small and rocky but that is common in Greece. Breakfast is very good but confusing at first. No real “order” to things, just jump right in. Closer to a US 4 star than a 5 but very nice experience. Would go again. Only recommendation is for them to add a cocktail waiter at the pool.

Great stay, nice room and comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast.The hotel suits families and couple and is on the beach. Nice restaurants around and 20 minutes to Chania.

We got in late afternoon/ evening. Was very please with the service. Upon arrival, they gave us a wet napkins to clean our hands and a glass of champagne to welcome us. Brand new hotel just build. Service was exceptional. Rooms clean and really nice. We were 3 in a room and they had 2 washrooms which was amazing. Felt like we had two rooms. A door between the two rooms Privacy.... pool was clean beach was ok. A lot of rocks. Not the nicest.. breakfast was very good. A lot of Variety . I was their for 7 days and never got bored of the food. A lot to do in the area .. a strip of restaurants, supermarkets souvenir stores etc. Very safe. Easy to get around with the local bus. The old town is amazing.

Very clean hotel, very good cleaning service. Everything is brand new since the whole hotel is renovated. Very peacefull hotel. Booked a room via hotels.com and got very nice 2 rooms with nice sea view. Nothing to complain. Breakfast was very good. First day we tried pork souvlaki for lunch and meat was like bubble gum. We never ate lunch or dinner after that in the hotel restaurant, but it did not matter since there are plenty of good restaurants near the hotel. Overall very good and quiet hotel with good location for the people who want peace.
