Subic Grand Seas Resort

Location is good close to the ocean but room was not good as it has some problems in terms of tv, shower and AC.

Decent hotel premises with good beach front but beach is littered trash which are buried in sand by ho b buryb

The Subic Grand Seas resort is not what I expected. The staff was friendly but the disappointment I had was with the bathroom in the room it was molded on the ceiling but the room was big bed not so comfy. If you had your eyes on the beach and going for a swim DON’T!!!!!!! The beach has sewage coming out the sand has glass the water had floating diapers. Please keep in mind this is not the hotels fault because it is a public beach I hope the local government would see it would be worth it to clean up the area. For a one night stay it would be ok.

The hotel staff where very friendly the rooms where big but the bathroom was not so clean there is mold on the ceiling spider webs bugs etc... The saddest thing is the beach there is sewage,glass condoms just really dirty. That is not the hotels fault of course that is the local government. The hotel is not bad for a one night stay it is good value for price oh the restaurant was not bad also.

Stayed at the hotel for an event. We had 2 rooms. There was a big leak in one of the bathroom ceiling. Has the word "resort" in the name but there wasn't really any good amenities to consider this a resort. It's a hotel by the beach with a pool and a restaurant.

Our stay at the hotel was great eventhough we booked on a very short notice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the shower was very spacious as well.Having breakfast outside on the terrace with a great view on the bay is highly recommended.Checking in went fast and so was checking out.

Peaceful & Quiet Stay. Staffs Were Friendly. Love The Ambience, Near The Beach. Small Resort With Limited Facilities. Room Very Rundown. Wall Very Thin. No Toilet Floor Mat. Cockroches Everywhere. Wifi Unstable.

The stay was ok. Kind of loud. Service was good. Rooms need updating.

The service and place is worth more than the price

The rooms and staff where good only thing is the pool is not a swimming pool it's more for little kids to stand around and play so if your looking for a swim you best check another place . Nice location and view beach pretty dirty but you can walk to the water foresistant a swim
