Hotel Valle del Rio, SA

A/C within the room was really noisy! Restaurant is good but expensive… around Boquete there are a lot of good restaurants cheaper.

The view and location is great, walking distance into town is not bad. Nice to have the restaurant on site. Bad customer service esp at the front desk, there was nobody up front at night time.

It is a beautiful property. Very nice rooms, clean and comfortable. A great, friendly staff. The River Restaurant is great. The staff is friendly and efficient and the food is outstanding.

When we arrived at the property carrying our luggage from a 10 hour drive from the city, we had to open the front lobby door ourselves even though there were two employees at the lobby telling each other jokes.. staff not very friendly, each morning we had to say good morning first otherwise no saluting from them.

5 minutes to down town. staff really had not recommendations for town, but were friendly, spanish only
