Near bars and Funny Girls, but not noisy

Stayed in the same room twice 8 month apart. Paint falling off the ceiling, and could do with an air freshener as you enter through front door.

Perfect location for Gay Quarter and 5 minutes from North Pier and centre. Very clean. Host super helpful. Decent sized tv. Quiet, never even heard the karaoke from hotel next door on Sat night. We were able to check in early. Slept like logs.

Was fine for our needs and price. We were really only sleeping there.
