Very cold and damp when arrived no heating on he them put it on for a hour a day and gave us a small electric heater room was very small for saying I paid for a larger room the smell of there food being cooked was very overpowering but so cold and damp

Very lovely hotel close to all local amenities and railway station as well.

Staff was helpful it was very nice and clean. Will stop there again.

Arif was an excellent host , very polite and helpful

Room way too small Toilet wouldn’t flush No bacon available for breakfast Shower not very good Soap dispenser not workin

Owner was very helpful, went out of his way to accommodate us, nothing was too much trouble.

We booked a small twin, it was a bit smaller than anticipated, but it did have everything in it.

We could not have asked for a more friendly host. On arrival Ariv met us at the door, helped us into a parking spot and also took our luggage to our room. Nothing was too much trouble and Ariv is an absolute gem to the Valdene hotel. Thank you Ariv for making our stay such a pleasant one. 🤗
