"Quiet, relaxing, comfortable and friendly!"

Nice location just outside of the city with easy routes in, the room was spacious and comfortable and had a fridge which comes in handy. The TV in the room was also a smart TV so you could relax watching Netflix in the evening. Julie and Peter were very friendly and welcoming and have done a great job with the little extra touches such as the bottle of water and biscuits on the tea and coffee tray. Breakfast was delicious with a range of cereals, fruit and pastries as well as a cooked breakfast.

There isn't anything I disliked about the property or my stay, would 100% book again!

The bed was very comfy. Julie and Peter were very friendly and helpful. There was pleanty of tea and coffee in the room.

My personal preference is for a large cup.of tea and the cups were very small. There was no tea spoon in the room to stir the tea.
