Everything! Great, sizeable room and bathroom, super clean, free bottles of water and cookies, free parking, and the kindest people. Close to city and football grounds via bus or train. Love this place so much!

Julie is an amazing host. Her guest house is like a home from home. Extremely warm and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfy. Julie took the time to chat with us and made us feel like friends. The breakfast was made to order, tasty and there was ample choice. Thank you again for your kind gesture. I would not hesitate to stay here again and hope to be back in the future.
