Séjour fort agréable avec appartement spatieux. Presence de kitchenette et bon confort. Lieu calme avec une receptionniste particulierement agréable. Je reviendrai en famille!

Très bonne surprise. Très bon accueil. À savoir que la chambre doit être libérée à 10h alors même si il est possible de rester après pour la piscine c'est préférable de ne pas arriver trop tard le jour précédent si vous ne passez qu'une nuit pour en profiter vraiment. On le sait pour la prochaine fois.

Family Stay for 2 overnights (Saturday-Sunday) in February with the following positive and negative aspects: This is actually more “Apartment” than “Hotel”. Therefore there is no reception or other personnel available on Sundays. However, communication with hotel employees was informative, sufficient and “in advance”. The location of the hotel: close to train station, to hospital, to parking area, quiet, and providing good views. Nevertheless, there is a distance from the center and in consideration of the topography and arrangement of Grasse, it looks not very convenient, unless one uses car or taxi. The problem is exacerbated during low season. Also, it would have been more convenient if the hotel would had posted (near reception) a selection of some Restaurants with Delivery Service in order to be easier for the traveler with late arrival (or on Sundays) to find something to eat. Parking Area of the Hotel is limited. Nevertheless one could find space inside a nearby parking by paying per hour. Cleanliness requires some improvement. In order to specify: bed sheets, available utensils and other amenities. Comfort of the Hotel was satisfactory both in regard to space and available equipment. I guess also that during summer time the balcony will be a relaxing experience. Maintenance should have been also more careful in respect to the needs of the customer, since for 2 days, 3 people had been provided with one roll of toilette paper without spare.

Point positif: accueil, sympathie et conseil du personnel + l'emplacement au top pour visiter Grasse, canne, Nice, Antibe et leur fabuleuse plages! Nous disposons egalemen de tout ce qu on peut avoir besoin. Propreté des lieux. Confort du balcon. Point négatif: établissement à rafraîchir un peu vieillot à mon goût . trop onéreux pour ce type d hôtel (en haute saison sinon les prix rest correct). Parking un peu cher mais l hôtel dispose de 4places gratuite souvent prise par les même client (un roulement serait plus juste). L'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas top.

Själva hotellet i sig var helt ok. Receptionen är endast bemannad några timmar om dagen och helt stängd på söndagar. Det gick inte att få frukost på söndagar och en var därför tvungen att köpa det själv i pentryt, det fanns inte några bra affärer i närheten, så frukosten blev lite tråkig. Renligheten och bekvämligheten var bra. Poolen var väldigt uppskattad. Det fanns inga bra restauranger i närheten och med små barn är det jobbigt at ta sig runt i Grasse då det är väldigt branta backar och många trappor.

Udemærket, men med beskidte værelser ved ankomst. Endvidere meget dyre tillægsgebyrer for håndklæder, lagen, parkering mv.
