Helpful and friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, BUT... be sure to ask for a room that is NOT facing the front of the hotel. There is a park directly across the street and noise from rowdy outside party crowds begins around midnight and doesn't stop until about 5:30am every night. The walls are paper thin and there was non stop shouting the entire week we were there. Friends had a room on the other side and they were able to sleep without the noise. Other than that the place was great. Perfect location, walking distance to everything.

We had just completed the Camino and this hotel was a special treat. Clean and small and unpretentious. The location between the train station and historic quarter was perfect.

We needed to change our booking as our ferry was postponed by 2 days, and we were able to do this via email to the hotel. The location was excellent, though the hotel was a bit hard to find and could have more prominent signage. We came by car and found that parking on meters was cheap and easy, though it would have been nice if the hotel staff could have told us more about where to park. Very good value.

Everything was excellent, especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, none of whom could be faulted. There's always someone on duty, so if you go out you don't have to bother about a key and can return when you wish. The only downside for me was the noise from outiside through the night, but they are aware of this and I could have had a different room had I asked. The room was immaculately clean and the bathroom really luxurious!

Average, comfortable, good location

This is more of a pension than a hotel but the room was clean and comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was finished to a good standard. However the walls are PAPER THIN. I am a heavy sleeper but on the first night I was woken innumerable times till I used my EARPLUGS.

I stayed here just after finishing the Camino de Santiago walk (from Pamplona) and prior to my departure to walk to Finisterre. The hotel was quite comfortable and the staff was extremely courteous. The location is just outside of the old city of Santiago, less than a 7 minute walk from the Cathedral. There are plenty of banks/ATM´s, supermarkets and restaurants within close walking distance. My room was clean, modern, spacious, smartly appointed and very quiet - perfect for a good rest.

Hotel was nice and accommodated us at the last minute. We stayed here 3 nights after finishing the Camino de Santiago. The place is a bit hard to find and feels a bit dodgy at first glance but the room was nice and clean. There is a lot of street noise with cars, buses and people.
