Smoking is allowed in the non-air-conditioned rooms of the old wing, whereas the rooms in the new wing are air conditioned and nonsmoking. Kellemes, családias szálloda,, a wellness részleg is nagyon kellemes. A szobánk kényelmes és tiszta volt. A személyzet nagyon barátságos. Finom reggeli, kellemes italok. A város is gyönyörű, megéri itt eltölteni egy kis időt.

"Gutes 4-Sterne Hotel mit mäßigem Service"

Wir hatten für eine Woche eine Suite. Top-Ausstattung. Toller Balkon mit 1a -Blick auf die sehr malerische Umgebung. Geschmackvoller Aussenbereich, gute Küche zu mässigen Preisen. Insgesamt ist das 4-Sterne-Hotel gut, da nach den neuesten Standards (2023) ausgestattet. Hat hier 5- Sterne-Niveau.

Der Preis von 170€ pro Nacht ist für den bescheidenen Service zu hoch. Da haben wir als Frequent Traveller schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Beispiel: Der Wunsch, nach drei Tagen eine defekte Espressomaschine auszutauschen, konnte nur auf rhetorischen Druck hin durchgesetzt werden. Jede einzelne Espressokapsel über die zwei (!) pro Tag zugeteilten musste förmlich "erfleht" werden und mit dem Management abgestimmt werden.

a szálloda egy völgyben található,meseszép helyen,remek étterme van. wellness szolgáltatásokat is igénybe lehet venni.a reggeli szinte mindebn igényt kielégít. a személyzet rendkivül kedves,előzékeny és segítőkész.

talán a klima egy kicsit instabil volt.
