Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad que je recommande vivement. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : il permet de faire énormément de choses à pied et de profiter pleinement de Marrakech sans avoir besoin de prendre de transport. Notre chambre disposait d’un très grand lit, très confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le toit-terrasse, qui est un véritable plus pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Je recommande également de manger sur place : nous avons goûté plusieurs plats et ils étaient vraiment excellents, un vrai coup de cœur. Mention spéciale à toute l’équipe qui a été formidable du début à la fin : accueillante, attentionnée et toujours disponible. Nous avons aussi testé les massages proposés par le riad et avons passé un très bon moment de détente. Une très belle expérience dans l’ensemble.

Honnêtement, il est difficile de trouver des points négatifs tant notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Le seul petit élément à noter serait que notre chambre était peut-être un peu sombre à certains moments de la journée. Mais cela reste vraiment un détail au regard de la qualité globale du séjour. Tout le reste était à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous repartons avec un très bon souvenir de cette adresse.

The staff is very nice! The Riad is very well kept and nice. Rooms are like the pictures. Nice pillows.

I should comment that the system when arriving at the riad with transport, and getting help with luggage, should be made much clearer. We were effectively taken advantage of by outside “helpers” who carried our suitcases for about two minutes and then demanded 200 MAD. We could easily have done this ourselves. The riad considered this to be “out of their hands,” but I believe they could have taken more responsibility here. It gave our short stay a negative start. The breakfast is very simple. The riad feels more like a small hotel. Personally, I would probably prefer booking one of the many very nice, and inexpensive, riads that you rent entirely for yourself, rather than staying in something that feels like a mini-hotel.

This riad is so lovely and the facilities are nice. The staff especially Mohammad were really nice and made sure we were looked after. He booked, walked and waited for the taxi with us. I used the riad for hamam and massage which were amazing! 10/10 stay.
