All was good....front desk staff was great....AC worked great.

It was great for what I wanted, cheap place to stay in Kyiv. Clean, comfortable, tidy & great staff, 1 min from the Metro. If you're looking for a love nest for a romantic break, this probably isn't the place but good affordable lodging then you've got it here.

The hotel is supposedly 3-star, but it felt just like Motel 6. The location is OK. Apparently, if you ask the front desk for anything (e.g. extra towel or soap), they have to first inquire why you need it. Also, those sensitive to cigarette smoke should think twice before booking this hotel — even though the room itself was non smoking, the hallways have a lot of residual smoke, so it inadvertently gets inside the room.

It is small but very clean rooms. They have cooler with cold and hot water in corridors. Very cheap laundry service and buffet breakfast just for $5. Very safe. Cameras and guards

I am American and I felt communications were adequate and that was nice

NO wifi in my room. I booked a two single bed room, I was given a one single bed only. Ok for one night only, any stay over than that would have poor expectations.

The air conditioner (heating) was noisy all night and I could not sleep. TV in the room did not work. I asked for a room, and they did not. They did not.

The hotel staff was charging my credit card twice. They did not take into consideration, that the payment was taken by Orbitz (Expedia) already. When I have claimed that, they have answered in aggressive way.
