"Shabby"

Property was well below what we expected with Hilton name. Carpets in places were threadbare, as was some furniture. Flooring looked worn and dirty. No nightlight of any sort. Swimming pool was closed for apparently major renovations or repairs! Overall disappointing stay. Only bright spot was the lady overseeing the breakfast, cheerful and helpful, the robust coffee was excellent!

The layout of the room was great, but the mattress wasn't as comfortable as I would have expected. Hopefully the renovations will continue throughout the hotel.

Convenient location to highway & to SUNY. Lots of excellent dining options within 5-10 minute drive. Convenient to Downtown. Facilities in partial renovation. Rooms are quiet, clean, very spacious

Spacious suite with kitchen. Ask the desk for cutlery or use plastic. Very nice staff. Very close to SUNY, food, big box shopping. Hot breakfast is good enough to start the day. Very limited options for tea drinkers. Gym has wide variety of new equipment. Portions of property is in renovation.

Check-in was quick with the Hilton app. Front desk clerk was friendly when we asked for additional towels and blankets. As noted by the hotel, they are undergoing renovations. The renovations that were completed show a lot of promise. The room we stayed in had yet to be remodeled but was still clean and comfortable. It was showing some wear and tear though - hence the remodel. We were on the 1st floor and it was quiet the entire evening. The pool was closed when we were there on 6/21. Bottom line - if you're ok with
