Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in key collection. Guests arriving outside check-in hours will receive check-in instructions by email o phone on the day of their arrival or before arrival. Please note that for bookings made by a third party, the property requires an email and a phone number from the third party granting authorization to process the payment. Please note that the spa center, massages and beauty treatments are at extra costs. From Monday to Friday children under 4 years are not allowed in the spa center. On weekends and public holidays, children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the spa center. The spa center opening hours vary depending on the period, contact the facility to find out the updated opening hours Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
