Staff was very nice and helpful. AC worked well and water pressure was very good. even had warmwater.. big balcony. location also very good

No outlet at the bed - nearest outlet in the living room. . TV faced the wrong direction and not the bed .

Rooms were really old, smelly and dirty. Rates should be cheaper than what they offer. And the internet was really slow.

The upside is that the staff were friendly and helpful. They also dropped us at the Ferry Terminal which was really convenient.

Breakfast has a good choice. Staff were very nice and responsive. The location was central for my business meetings and the accommodation was comfortable

The wifi initially did not work well not after a booster was provided, it worked quite well

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - driver, reception, cleaning lady, security... everyone :). They organized a free pick up from the ferry and a check-out in the middle of the night was no problem.

Very spacious rooms! Little kitchen are with kettle, microwave and fridge, big bathroom and bedroom with additional sofas and TV. The staff was very friendly and we even got a welcome refreshment juice.

The sheet covering the bed seemed to be a little small snd didn't cover the whole mattress. Also there were a few stains on the sheets.

The room was very big and had all what we needed. Location was good, near the ferry port and city center.

The bed was too hard.
