The room was clean, the breakfast was okay for it's price.

Our check in time was 3pm. Yet the receptionist said to wait few more minutes because the room is not yet ready. How is that possible? They shouldn't say 3pm check in if it will not be 3pm. They should think about the time of their guest. Even after asking a few times the receptionist seemed not to care.
