La habitación estaba muy bien, la cama y almohadas muy comodas. Tenían para hervir agua y hacer una infusión. El desymayuno muy rico y el personal muy amable y atento

My room was very clean. The facility was very quiet at night.

No morning coffee or small breakfast available. I had to get coffee and breakfast down the street. The salmon in the restaurant was not good.

Nu mi-a placut aerul conditionat in camera care facea un zgomot prea mare si nu se putea inchide

The hotel is nice and clean. The location is very convenience since it surround with many restaurants such as Thai Restaurant, Vietnamese restaurants, many coffee shops, supermarket, shops. The Hotel is also near the main station of Hamburg. However, the Hotel arrange for us the room at the corner that just opposite with the disco Bar so it was very noisy at night so we could not sleep well. The hallway outside the room use the sensor light so it's very dark at night and I feel a little bit scare.

Accoglienza con gelatino nuii alle mandorle, ottimo. Personale disponibile, ottima colazione. Letto matrimoniale molto grande e spazioso.

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral - nur gute 5min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt - Mönckebergstraße und Binnenalster sind in weniger als 5min erreicht. Das Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind modern im "offenen" Konzept gestaltet - d.h. Badezimmer nur durch eine Glaswand vom Zimmer getrennt. Das Zimmer wirkt dadurch größer und luftig - man muss es mögen und bei der Buchung berücksichtigen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und liebevoll präsentiert. Kleine feine vegane Auswahl inklusive. Brötchen von einem lokalen Bäcker würden das "I"-Tüpfelchen generieren. Das Personal -beim Empfang, beim Frühstück und an der Bar war extrem freundlich und serviceorientiert.
