La ubicación, esta a unos 10 minutos andando del centro monumental de Salamanca. La habitación y el baño son grandes. Tiene un mercadona al lado donde puedes comprar de todo.

Que no nos dieran la habitación a la llegada. Poner el check in a las 3 de la tarde me parece excesivo.

Hemos estado varias veces en este hotel. En anteriores ocasiones nos dieron habitaciones normales bien acondicionadas. Esta vez nos asignaron una habitación para personas con problemas de movilidad que no nos gusto. La ducha resulta incómoda ya que el baño se llena completamente de agua. Además de eso, la nevera no enfriaba. Pedí solucionar las dos cuestiones y se me dijo que era imposible. Que el hotel estaba al completo (cosa que dudo).
