Dolphin Suites & Wellness Curacao

Our stay was excellent! The room was spectacular and beautifully appointed. The grounds were well kept and the pools were perfect. We loved the location relative to Mambo Beach, just a skip across the road, yet away from the party night life. Well done!

Felt like arriving home and greeting family! We had a wonderful time staying here. Friendly, accommodating staff and very comfortable suite with all the amenities you need. Beautiful pool and so close to the beach. I recommend using the spa while you’re there. I did and it was heavenly! I’d return in a heartbeat.

We've just came back from a 9-night stay at Dolphin Suites and everything was excellent. Even before we arrived we have been organizing part of our trip with them through WhatsApp, such as the tour to Klein Curacao and looking for affordable car rental (DO plan ahead of time and reserve your rental prior to arrival as during high season you'll find that there's not much available). The staff has been always attentive to our needs and resolved them promptly, not that we have a lot of them but the ones we had were solved as described. If you are not intending to look for a hotel near or in Willemstad, I'd say try Mambo Beach and Dolphin Suites instead: it's 1 1/2 miles away from downtown so it's close enough. To get to the most popular beaches in Curacao it may add you 10 more minutes of travel time as opposed to staying in down town. We didn't mind it at all. Dolphin Suites does have limited parking space within the hotel's premises, but it has a private parking lot next to it that will charge you USD 3 every time you park. However, the hotel we'll reimburse you every single time once you present the pay receipt. The hotel has an arrangement with the Madero Ocean Club at Mambo Beach, so you get free passes to the beach and their sun beds. They also give you beach towels for free that you can take with you as you visit all of Curacao's beaches. The Reef's Cafe at the hotel serves breakfast for an extra charge that is really good, and I'd say of better quality than the ones served at the restaurants at Mambo Beach. We stayed at one of the Deluxe Rooms in the new building and it was great. The only issue we encountered was with the TV and Chromecast as we weren't able to connect it to our iPhones (they told us there was some issue with Chromecast in the island altogether :/. I'd recommend this hotel and certainly we'd look forward to staying there if we return to Curacao.

The resort was perfect for us. Small and quiet. Well appointed rooms. Clean and simply decorated in calm colors. The pools were small but well maintained. We enjoyed all the little reading and relaxing nooks throughout the grounds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Always with a smile. The on site Cafe had the most delicious food and coffee. We ate breakfast there everyday. This is a handicap adapted environment which was nice to see. Very close to the beach and everything you need as far as restaurants go. We are already planning our next trip and will chose this resort as it met all our needs.

The location is right across the street from Mambo Beach! Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else on the island.

The best hotel in Curacao. Everything has been perfect, great room, great staff, great food and easy to get to the beach (mambo beach). We also rented a car and parked it for free outside the hotel. Great small shop that has everything you need. We will be back soon!

I really like this hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again and again. The staff were friendly and helpful and made you feel like a friend rather than a customer. The rooms are large and comfortable and ours had a full kitchen which was nice. The small restaurant serves breakfast and lunch and the food was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. It is very close to many restaurants and bars and a small, overpriced, shopping area. They all run along a beach area that is accessible to hotel guests but often gets crowded during the day. The pool area is lovely and quiet most of the time, and it’s wheelchair accessible, truly a gift for those who need it. It has an accessibility pool lift that is easy to use and lots of pool floats and water hammocks etc for everyone to use. I was happy to spend the majority of my last stay reading on the pool ledge. Curaçao is a lovely island, and I hope to come back many times and I hope to stay at dolphin suites when I do.
