Good location, short walk to Twickenham High Street. The staff were friendly and tried to help with the issues we had.

The room we checked into was dirty with what appeared to be blood on the outside of the toilet (see photos) plus debris on the carpet. The staff member on reception confirmed the room had recently had some repair work. We were then moved to a new room, but the bathroom was also dirty with stains on the wall and around the toilet (see photos). We were heading out and didn't want to complain again, but we raised at checkout. The staff member on reception said the hotel has an external cleaning company, and cleaning of toilet walls is not part of their remit/contract. To be fair to the staff member, they took 10% of the bill, which we were grateful for, and also said they would raise with the cleaning contractor. It's a real shame as the pub area of the hotel looked great and the location was excellent. Just cleanliness let the hotel down badly.

The bed was incredible! lovely bar and outdoor areas, exceptional for the price. Would stay again.

No coffee in the room, I think they must have forgotten to restock it. No major issue but we did miss it.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühsück und das Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Das Hotel und der Pub waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz bekommen, entweder vor oder hinter dem Haus.

Lautstärke der umliegenden Zimmer und des Flurs, sowie der Verkehr in der Nacht waren etwas störend. Da es in London aber überall alte Gebäude sind, haben wir damit gerechnet.
