our room was beautiful with an awesome wood burning fireplace! The spa area was great and the massage and facial was excellent. We did two nights here and 1 at another property that was know for their thermal baths and this was half the cost and SO much nicer!The value of the room far exceeds the other hotel.

Amazing resort with unbelievable gardens, beautiful rooms, fabulous service and yes, world class spa. We ate breakfast and dinner on property and the food and service were just the best! Sebastian at the front desk and Anita at the spa really were very helpful and professional.

everything!! the place was beautiful, the staff incredible, the food they offer in the restaurant for breakfast was delicious. my favorite hotel during our road trip in Ecuador
