يعتبر فندق الرعد من افضل الفنادق في مدينة العقبه من حيث المكان والموقع والاقرب إلى الشاطئ والأسواق وخاصه شارع البيتزا الفندق متواضع الغرف جداً جداً نظيفه حجم كبير الحمامات نظيفه جدا جداً المطعم ممتاز الأخوه العاملين في الفندق خاصه في مكتب الاستقبال جداً محترمين وخدمه سريعه تقيمي للفندق خمس نجوم تحياتي لكم أشكركم

No have attention for client, the hotel it’s so dirty, and smell, in rooms, and so old.

- You have to find parking on the street around the hotel - Breakfast wasn’t very good, not many options for non Arabic people

The breakfast is very nice. There is no actual parking in the facilities, but it is easy to find for free near the hotel.

There is quite a lot of noise from the street. The bed sheets had several cigarette burns.

The duty manager ramiz tillawi was rude to our group and lacked hospitality etiquette as he was addressing one member and completely ignored the rest of the group even when they asked questions! Unacceptable and inhospitable! The hotel staff and the hotel itself is doing a good job tho and provide efficient service.
