Bull's Head Hotel

Room food and service was all brill. A/C unit was a little noisy but did sleep well and would stay again

I was woken at 1.30 with crashing and a noise that sounded like a very loud extractor fan/generator, went on through the night, every time I almost got back to sleep it would wake me again. Staff very nice, acted as if it was one off and part refunded my room cost but I was annoyed when I got home to see previous reviews with exact same issue. They should not be letting rooms where people can’t sleep due to noise when they know full well there is an issue. Avoid room 10 (and it seems 11 too) at all costs.

Perfect. Lovely room and bed. Shower was lush. Hotel staff were great. And lovely breakfast in a fab venue. Thanks. Will stay again.

Nice pub in a lovely area - very comfy room and lovely food in the restaurant.

Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Beef rib dinner was yum. Room was well equiped and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was in a lovely room filled with natural light.

This is a really nice hotel with well appointed rooms. Staff are excellent and breakfast is very good. There are places to eat just next to the hotel plus you could walk/drive down the hill for more choices and a Sainsburys

Would stay again if every in the area. i just wanted to say something short a sweet but now I have to write more so now I am not so happy.

Apart from drunken guests arguing outside the rooms at 0200hrs due to lost key, I cannot fault a single thing about The Bull’s Head.

The bedroom was in very good condition with tasteful decor and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and no noise to disturb my night. I had ‘Eggs Royal’ for breakfast which was the best I had tasted for a very long time. A little pricey perhaps but worth it.

Well located with very nice facilities. What more can be said about a great hotel.
