Nice, cozy and clean

Lack of elevator or someone to help carry luggage upstairs

The room was very nicely decorated and a good size, bed was nice and big. Bathroom was huge and the toiletries smelled lovely too.

The room was very cold, probably due to the very large window. The room was very dark, impossible to find a location that was good to apply make-up well. Two bedside lights and a light upon entering the room, Creates great mood lighting, but not very practical.

Wonderful accomodation great sleep food was lovely would defo stay there again

The room was very clean and the bed was large and comfortable.

There was someone snoring very loudly in the room next to mine, and this continued for about 2 hours between 11.00pm and 12.00. There was very little hot water. It went from freezing cold to tepid, despite letting it run for a long time.

It was ideal for an overnight stay before returning our hire car to Heathrow. The room gave us plenty of room to reorganise our bags before our flight and our room couldn't have been easier to reach. Having the pub on the premises for our evening meal made our last meal in the UK easier. Parking on site was convenient.
