the elevator doors were abit clunky the heater in my room was really loud and had a hole in it not clear instructions where to return the room key

Good location, affordable, it seems like they have good cleaners despite old surrounds. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Good TV.

Staff were rude, parking was offsite and paid - neither was explained to me but staff treated me like an idiot for not knowing. No doona cover, just a sheet on either side of a stained blanket, i didn’t want to sit on the couch and carpet seemed very old and stained despite the fact they obviously have great cleaners
