Très bon accueil, on se sent très bien dans cet établissement, je reviendrai avec plaisir Merci à tous

We had to wait in line for about half an hour because the receptionists didn’t know how to use their software. When we finally got our room number, we were assigned a ground-floor room, even though we booked a balcony room for the view. We politely asked if it was possible to change to a room on a different floor. Inside the room, the table was broken and the noise in the morning was unbearable, breakfast started at 7 a.m., and the kitchen was right outside our room. We complained to Patricia at reception. She suggested we store our luggage and promised to allot a different room in the evening. However, she didn’t update her night-shift colleague, Willy, who gave us the only available room without a balcony-the very feature we paid for. He did offer complimentary breakfast as compensation. Unfortunately, in this second room, the wash basin's drainage system was broken. After using it once, water wouldn’t drain, so we couldn’t use it. We complained again, packed our bags, stored them in the luggage room, and in the evening they gave us a third room for the third night. This third room had no Wi-Fi signal near the bed,we had to go to the bathroom or kitchen to access the internet. The kitchen sink had the same drainage problem as before. When we complained to Patricia again, she became confrontational until a colleague calmed her down. This was probably the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We booked the same hotel for three nights because we didn’t want to pack our things every day, but the staff made us do it anyway. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

L'appartement se situait au 8e étage avec une vue imprenable sur la ville et la cathédrale. Petite France à proximité. Très bonne literie. Merci à Svetlana pour son accueil et nos échanges par mail.

J'avais réservé un appartement en hauteur avec photos à l'appui. En arrivant, on nous a attribué un appartement au RDC qui dégageait une odeur d'eau stagnante. L'erreur a été rectifiée. Peut-être problème avec un nouveau logiciel.
