"Beautiful farmhouse - cosy, comfortable immaculately clean with amazing hosts !"

This is a gem of a property for an overnight stay in Malpas which we had so we could go to Carden spark Spa which is a short drive away this is a very cute cosy, homely property - perfect breakfast , immaculately clean and the most amazing friendly ,helpful hosts Heather and Neil - they are a simply delightful couple who were so very helpful in every way and Heather went out of her way to assist us when we had a travel problem - thankyou so much for your help. We had a lovely time and will be sharing our lovely experience with family and friends - we will definitely be coming back.

Excellent breakfast. Good location for walking.

The towels were somewhat worn/ thin, and could use replacing. This was the only negative aspect to the stay.

Cooked breakfast was very good. Large comfortable room with beautiful views

Shower room was not perfectly clean - some small spiders and webs present and a small amount of mould around the shower seals. Basin hot tap produced only tepid water.

The rooms are outstanding, the staff are outstanding friendly and very helpful. A simple review does not do credit to this establishment. 100% recommended, if we find ourselves visiting this area again will definitely be staying here

Delightful guest house, super host, great comms, had everything needed and was top notch and beautiful in lovely and convenient location And whilst price was a little more than night pay was reasonable and the eisteddfodd was on so demand high so reckon could have charged more!!
