Fantastic location, fabulous staff, made to feel very welcome. Breakfast you don't want for anything.

Unfortunately in our downstairs Orchatd bedroom the emergency light shining a green glow kept me awake after waking in the night with the upstairs bedrooms toilet being noisy. Maybe the owners can look at this.

A lovely, well-kept B&B with very kind hosts who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were a great size with very comfy beds and great facilities. Would definitely recommend to people looking to stay in the area!

Everything, the property the owners who look after you beautifully, it was a real treat to stay here and the value for money is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, the location the peace and quiet is perfect. Well done to the owners you take care of everything we really enjoyed our stay.

Higher Farm is a great place to stay, the location is charming and calming. Our host, Heather, made us feel welcome from the start and put an excellent breakfast together for us. The room was excellent value for money, if it was in a city centre you'd be paying 3x the rate we paid. Loads of space and a very comfortable bed.
