The Catkins, Grove flock farm

Very clean, comfortable and warm, perfect little self contained annex with everything l needed. Quiet location but easy to find, delicious homemade lemon drizzle cake was an unexpected gift but very much appreciated, thank you Joy 😊. Definitely will stay again.

Kitchen cupboards a little high but maybe l'm just a little short!

Very nice apartment style letting, in a good location for exploring East Anglia. Quiet location, not too far from the main road. It's spacious and well equipped.

We were self catering on arrival we were handed the keys by Rob and Joy who gave us lots of information on the area as it was somewhere we had not visited before . Entering the kitchen we were provided with a beautiful lemon drizzle cake baked by joy and a bottle of wine . The location was quiet but only about a mile from the main road if you wanted to see the area . Thank you Rob and Joy we would love to come again if you were a bit nearer to Somerset .

The weather but that is out of everyones control.

Joy & Rob were wonderful hosts, very welcoming & the self-catering accommodation was of a very high standard.....thoroughly enjoyed my stay. No hesitation in recommending The Catkins as an ideal base for not only a relaxing stay but it's in a central position for exploring parts of Norfolk & Suffolk too.

The location was the best! Having my own little space on the end of their building was also really good and very comforting knowing they were just next door if i needed anything. The lovel lady Joy even baked me a cake which was amazing and i took the rest home with me! Really nice to talk to and very welcoming. And the bed!! Oh my. It was huge and even had a duck quilt cover! Having your own bit of garden to relax in also was fabulous when the sun was out and the conservatory was great to relax in too. Everything really was perfect. I couldnt fault anything. The bathroom was massive which is nice too.

Warm and comfortable accommodation and more spacious than we had expected with a fabulous large bathroom and well equipped, separate kitchen including a freezer. There's a bright conservatory with separate heating and the bed is king sized and comfortable. It's set in the countryside so is peaceful with plenty of parking, we even had our own little garden. The hosts are friendly and generous and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much, we hope to be back soon!
