The breakfast was wonderful all fresh produce, the location was great, and Ian and Julia the hosts where amazing nothing was to much trouble for them

The little extra things fillter water, fresh milk, & all small things in the bathroom that you wouldn't think about, breakfast was amazing & nothing is to much trouble

We stopped on the top floor and the pressure of the shower could have been slightly better but other than that nothing

Lovely cozy and clean room. The bed was so comfortable. The room had lots of nice extra things like hair towel, make up remover, robes etc. Good breakfast and Julia and Iain were so welcoming, kind and friendly. Our stay was like home from home. The location was excellent as it was a short walk to the beach, town and lots of places to eat. It was also very quiet at night. We will certainly stay here again if we ever visit Paignton.

The was nothing we didn't like, all good.

It was a perfect base for exploring South Devon. Julia & Iain are exceptional hosts. They gave me tips on photo locations, gave Bailey (my pooch) a warm welcome, & even helped with pumping up my car tyre in the rain! This was the first time I’d travelled with my dog & staying at Blue Waters Lodge made it so easy, they were so accommodating & welcoming of Bailey. I highly recommend Blue Waters Lodge!

Iain and Julia are excellent hosts. They made us welcome right throughout our stay. They are thoughtful, kind and caring. We enjoyed lovely breakfasts and our room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
