Modern clean lines, design, the staff are really friendly and willing to help. Shuttle bus available to take you to local shops/pharmacy/ market/ beach. Wellness, massage and fitness studio.

Just one indoor hanging rack (no hooks) for towels in the bathroom. None in the kitchen. Needed to request crockery and cutlery to be able to use the kitchen. No cooking vessels, sharp knives or chopping board provided. No washing up liquid or sponge provided. Floors outside the dining area can be really slippery in the rainy season. Lots of steps might prove challenging if you find it hard to climb stairs.

Great hotel with great pool, spa and gym facilities. The staff were great and breakfast was lovely.

Just a hotel that needs renovation imo, property is quite old. Staff is very complacent and unprofessional (not everyone just a couple) for a 4 star hotel.

Gorgeous design of the hotel, super clean, amazing staff, the view was a dream and the infinity pool was awesome! Breakfast was super yummy too! They even had a free shuttle that would drive us down to Seven Eleven and back any time of the day! A 10/10 stay and will definitely be back!

The hot tub was cold unfortunately and you’d need a scooter to get around to Fisherman’s Village for example

Estaba todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. El personal es muy amable, especialmente el chico que nos ayudó con el equipaje, que también estaba en el restaurante. La pisicina está muy bien, con buena temperatura y vistas.

Tal vez está un poco alejado, pero tienen un shuttle. Faltaría mas menaje en la cocina, para que pueda serlo como tal.

The VIEW was just spectacular. We spent many hours just out on the balcony of our room admiring the view. We were originally assigned a room on the lowest level which had access to the courtyard. This room felt less private and didn’t have ‘the view’. The staff at the front desk happily upgraded us for an extra charge to a room on the 3rd level and it was worth every baht. The ‘included’ breakfast was incredible. You can choose from the menu from many different options like eggs Benedict, eggs and avocado on toast, or Turkish eggs. You can also order barista made coffee which was very good. The buffet is also included which had an awesome selection of breads, pastries, fresh fruit, bacon, fresh vegetables etc. They had a rotating selection of little desserts including mini mango and sticky rice dishes. The shuttle was easy to book and very useful. They would drop us off at the 7-eleven and sometimes even wait for us to do our shopping :) Grab/bolt and Grab food was available to use from Code Samui.

The pool is beautiful and also has a great view and plenty of seats. However understandably was very busy with the hotel guests. The rooms kind of look over the pool so you can see if it is a quiet time down there to go have a swim if you like you prefer privacy. There is a sauna and steam room which I used. They aren’t turned on all the time. Guests have to turn them on themselves and wait for them to warm up, then turn them off when they get out. The jacuzzi wasn’t warm and looked quite dirty when I had a closer look (and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on). It’s just not what I was expecting from what is otherwise a perfect property. It would be nice for the jacuzzi to be hot and bubbling for guests to just hop right in to, especially because it’s advertised as a facility. It’s also kind of far from the rooms so to walk down and find it off is a bit disappointing.

En fait il n’est pas en bord de mer mais sur la côte arrière contrairement aux photos qui annoncent une plage sur booking. Dû coup c’est t’es au calme , mais éloigné de tout. Il faut louer un scooter pour ne pas être bloque.
